GEORGIA – Just in Time for New Years: Fireworks Prohibition Lifted

West Virginia – Law allowing the use of some aerial fireworks took effect last Wednesday

A new — and very long overdue law — took effect last Wednesday allowing for the use of some aerial fireworks in the Mountain State. MINNESOTA – Fireworks Bill Making Early Noise at State Capital
