FLORIDA – State Lawmakers Seek to Expand Fireworks Market

There is a bill working its way through the Florida House (HB 6037) to repeal a prohibition on the sale and use of fireworks and remove the loophole, which requires people buying fireworks to sign a form saying they will only use the explosives to scare off birds on agricultural land or at fish hatcheries.
